Where Physiology meets Psychology: the ‘Gut-Brain Axis.’

My name is Lila Yanez-Renshaw, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH). I help clients improve their health by addressing both the body and the mind, with a strong focus on gut health and the gut–brain axis. Scientific research shows that digestive health plays a vital role in overall wellbeing, influencing energy levels, immunity, mood, and mental health. The gut and brain are closely connected, constantly communicating through the gut–brain axis.

I support health using a two-pronged approach:

  • Optional Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy to support emotional, mental, and cognitive wellbeing

This integrated approach can lead to lasting improvements in both physical and mental health.     We take your full medical history and perform detailed analysis of your diet using award-winning specialist software. We then deliver personalised and scientifically researched recommendations, re-evaluated and revised monthly for the duration of the programme. 3-6 month packages from £390

    Add in a package of 4-6 cognitive behavioural hypnotherapy sessions working on pain, sleep, anxiety, stress that may be driving ill-health. Online or in person in Handcross or Lindfield. Priced from £220.

  • INVEST

    Sessions are available one to one or in groups, corporate or for personal interest. We cover wellness goal setting; pearls of wisdom in self-care for those with hectic lives; how to distinguish false assertions from scientific truths, the role of nutrition in prevention and longevity, simple gut-brain health tips.
