Where Physiology meets Psychology: the ‘Gut-Brain Axis.’
My name is Lila Yanez-Renshaw, a Registered Nutritional Therapist and Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist (CBH). I help clients improve their health by addressing both the body and the mind, with a strong focus on gut health and the gut–brain axis. Scientific research shows that digestive health plays a vital role in overall wellbeing, influencing energy levels, immunity, mood, and mental health. The gut and brain are closely connected, constantly communicating through the gut–brain axis.
I support health using a two-pronged approach:
Evidence based nutritional therapy
Optional Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy to support emotional, mental, and cognitive wellbeing
This integrated approach can lead to lasting improvements in both physical and mental health. I am also an accredited reflux practitioner, offering specialist support for acid reflux and digestive issues. Book a discovery call to find out how personalised nutrition and gut–brain support can help you feel your best.
